Absolutely not. Our beginner BJJ classes in New York City are open to everyone, and our coaches walk you through the basics step by step. You’ll build a strong foundation at your own pace.
Just wear comfortable athletic clothes if you don’t have a gi yet. Bring a water bottle, flip-flops for off the mat training, and an open mind. We’ll explain everything else when you arrive.
